Customer Feedback

“My wife and I would like to thank the professional, courteous and speedy support we received from your staff. We had been having construction done on our home and were connected to a temporary propane tank. The  contractor put us back on our main tank and all was appearing to be ok, but after an hour or so we had no heat. Our contractor returned and found no gas coming through the line and discovered that the line outside was frozen. A staff memeber from EnergyUSA Propane arrived with in a half hour of our call, and was able to fix the blockage and get our heat going again. The entire time EnergyUSA Propane was here, they were professional even though the temperatures where the coldest so far this year and it was dinner time.

We would also like to thank everyone else at EnergyUSA Propane who helped us out during this project. We had quite a few stumbling blocks and at one point or another we believe we must have spoken to everyone at our local division. They should all be recognized for their efforts and professionalism.”

“We’ve been with EnergyUSA Propane for more than 20 years. You are our most dependable, reliable supplier, and we wouldn’t consider doing business with anybody else – period.”

”EnergyUSA Propane visited our home today and advised that our proposed location for the gas tanks was not acceptable because of the proximity to the two windows in the garage, both of which have sills that would be below the tops of the tanks. There is only about 10 feet of wall between the two windows. The suggested alternate would save us some cost and installation time. The tanks would be located on the back of the garage around the corner from the previous spot. The gas line would be run underground to a regulator station located outside, just beyond the cellar window. This would mean that the internal low pressure gas piping would be less than 6′ in length, going from the regulator station on the outside to the boiler inside. This eliminated anything internal in the garage and $implified the $ystem $ignificantly.”
